David Melville Contracting Services, Inc.

       DMCS was founded by David Melville in 1987. Our company has worked on projects all over the state of Florida, and in Georgia, Alabama and North Carolina. In 2008 we expanded into Central America participating in a joint venture, building a Green Community at Sanctuary Bay in central Belize. 
       We are members of the FGBC (Florida Green Building Coalition), USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and a partner in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Builders Challenge National Building Performance Program. David has been a General Contractor for 24 years and has experience in all aspects of the construction industry… industrial, commercial and residential, bringing a well-rounded knowledge to any construction project.
