Kara also directly supervises the work each day and can usually be found cleaning up the home site, sweeping the floors, or putting the final touches on a home to make sure it is perfect for the new homeowners.

Kara designs many of the floor plans she builds and can customize each model to meet the needs of her homebuyers. As the market has evolved and housing budgets have shrunk, Kara has designed new plans that make better use of smaller spaces.
